Saturday Bits 7/22/2023

09:20 Oof. One of those mornings where I woke up feeling like I’ve been physically beat up. Don’t know if anyone else experiences that. Didn’t sleep well. Couldn’t get comfortable. Kept waking up every few hours. Headache in the morning. General aches and pains. Eyes struggling to focus on computer screens. No real explanation except a) age, and b) I didn’t eat particularly healthy food yesterday. Not a great start to the weekend.
